Return and exchange of Christmas gifts

Christmas gifts purchased online can be returned and exchanged until 10th of January 2023.

Gift wrapping

We offer free gift wrapping on all orders. Simply select gift wrapping in the shopping basket.

Please note on your order that the item is a Christmas gift. 

Delivery at Christmas

Order your Christmas gifts no later than December 21th 2022, before 12 at noon for delivery by 24 December in Denmark.

If you choose to pick up your order in our physical store, you can order until 23 December 2022, before 12 at noon.

For delivery outside the EU, we recommend ordering no later than December 18th 2022.
